Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager at Branford Real Estate in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role entails overseeing social media marketing, lead generation, marketing strategies, web analytics, and overall digital marketing efforts for the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote Branford Real Estate. Manage and optimize paid search, social media, and display campaigns. Oversee content creation for the website, blog, and social media channels. Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results. Monitor SEO/SEM performance and implement strategies to improve rankings. Collaborate with the sales and design teams to align marketing strategies. Stay updated on digital marketing trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

Proven 5+ experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role in Real Estate (UAE & International Market) Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.). Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with real estate marketing strategies is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
