Senior Digital Marketing SpecialistAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, with particular expertise in paid advertising, social media management, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms Create, implement, and manage content calendars for all social media channels Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI Stay current with digital marketing trends and platform updates Collaborate with creative and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging Report on KPIs and campaign effectiveness to leadership team
Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of professional experience

in digital marketing roles

Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager

including campaign setup, audience targeting, A/B testing, and optimization

Extensive experience with Google Ads

including Search, Display, and Video campaigns

Demonstrated success

in social media management across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X)

Content creation skills

including copywriting and basic graphic design capabilities Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance Excellent project management abilities and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with email marketing and marketing automation Knowledge of SEO best practices Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Blueprint Experience with CRM systems Portfolio of successful campaigns with measurable results
