we are Looking for candidates with a solid background in marketing. They should have several years of experience in various marketing roles, showcasing a progression of responsibilities and achievements.

candidate should understand the full marketing mix and be familiar with ways to analyze market research, customers' behavior, and able to implement lead generation activities.

you should also be able to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data to interpret ROI and KPI metrics.

Job brief:



1. Strategic Thinking: A marketing manager should be able to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals. Look for candidates who can demonstrate a strategic approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

2. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Marketing managers should be comfortable working with data and analytics from sales team to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

3. Digital Marketing Expertise: marketing manager needs to be an expert in common digital marketing tools, strong understanding of various digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, google adwrods, Instagram, facebook

4. Creative Thinking: Marketing managers should be able to think creatively to develop innovative campaigns that stand out in the market.

Responsibilities:



Plan and monitor our social media presence (e.g. instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn, etc.)

HIGHLY SKILLED IN SOCIAL MEDIA COTENT CREATION APPS

Develop content and marketing strategies for social media and websites.

Skills and experience in creative content designing.

Provide creative ideas for content marketing.

Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.

Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts.

Graphic designer.

Launch optimized advertisements for increasing brand awareness (e.g. Google AdWords, Facebook, Youtube, etc.).

Experience with a content management system (e.g. WordPress).

Sound knowledge of the latest digital marketing techniques as well as best practices.

Experience with online analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics etc.).

Requirements:



Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.

The candidate must be available immediately to join.

Boost company branding awareness and reputation through the media

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:

Instagram: 3 years (Required) video editing for marketing apps: 2 years (Required) marketing planning: 2 years (Required) twitter: 2 years (Preferred) facebook: 3 years (Preferred)
