Our client is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager
KPI\'s you will deliver : Traffic, Conversion, Basket Size Revenue Customer Lifetime Value Cost to Revenue Ratios Agency Performance NPS
What you\'ll do :
Strategy:
o Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for each of the brands in our portfolio o Prepare and manage digital marketing budgets in line with overall Annual Operating Plans o Manage and refine the Group\'s Social Media presence across multiple brands and geographies o Continuously review changes in the market, consumer trends, competitor activities and adjust marketing plans as necessary o Design, manage and measure marketing campaigns including costs and ROI o Conduct market research and implement best practices
Daily Operations:
o Create 360 degree view of acquisition and conversion funnel to drive daily objectives of customer acquisition and revenue per brand o Liase with engineering, category managers and website merchandising team to execute the daily/ weekly merchandising calendar o Create marketing campaigns designed to drive user engagement across various digital and offline media o Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Analytics
Be the voice of the customer internally - share insights on navigation behaviour, product & service appeal
Understand needs - even those that the customers themselves may not realize
Stay on top of changing trends and strategic priorities through in-depth data analysis
to predict customer behaviour What you\'ll need ? Strong understanding of technology and business ? Cross functional collaboration ? Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion ? Highly analytical ? Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills ? Strong bias for Action ? Educational background - MBA in Marketing with accreditations in digital marketing ? Relevant work experience of 5 to 7 years with a similar business
