To lead and develop the marketing strategy overseeing all internal and external marketing activities, including digital campaigns, brand management, and paid advertising. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the external marketing agency to ensure alignment with goals for growth, awareness, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Pre-Launch, Launch, and Post-Launch phases.
Manage the daily relationship with the marketing agency and monitor ad campaign performance.
Define target audiences (Customers & Service Providers) and create tailored acquisition plans.
Supervise content creation with the agency (copywriting, visuals, videos, influencer collaborations).
Analyze marketing data to evaluate performance and improve ROI and conversion rates.
Build and maintain a strong digital presence across TikTok, Instagram, Google, and Snapchat.
Collaborate with product and tech teams to ensure consistent marketing and in-app messaging.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing KPIs and strategic recommendations.
Work closely with sales and operations teams to connect marketing impact to business outcomes.
Manage the marketing budget and oversee spending across different channels.
Maintain brand identity, tone of voice, and visual communication across all platforms.
Launch partnership and co-marketing campaigns with key service providers.
Propose new growth and retention initiatives (Loyalty, Affiliate, Referral Programs).
Explore new tools, trends, and technologies to strengthen Noorcom's marketing strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management or digital marketing (preferably in marketplaces or app-based services).
