Job Responsibilities:
Develop and lead the digital marketing strategy across ESM and Hamilton Aquatics, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
Line manage and support the performance and development of the Digital Team, including the Social Media Executive and Digital Marketing Intern.
Oversee the execution of digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media to drive traffic, conversions, and brand visibility.
Lead strategic content planning across platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and optimised content performance.
Drive lead generation campaigns across digital channels, optimising landing pages, CTAs, and conversion flows to support enrolments and enquiries across all programmes.
Plan and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta platforms, and other digital advertising channels.
Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
Manage CRM and email marketing strategy, including segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
Ensure continuous improvement of the website experience in collaboration with the Content and Design teams; work with web developers and platform partners to enhance UX and conversion.
Lead analytics and performance reporting, interpreting data to provide actionable insights and monthly reports to senior management.
Support the planning and execution of social media content strategy across platforms, ensuring platform-specific storytelling, audience growth, and engagement.
Stay current with emerging trends (including AI), platform innovations, and digital best practices to continually evolve strategy.
Oversee the implementation and use of WhatsApp for Business via third-party platforms to manage customer communication, distribute promotional content, and support lead generation and customer retention initiatives.
Liaise with media agencies, technology partners, and vendors to deliver high-quality digital output.
Job Requirements:
5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategy-focused role.
Experience in leading digital teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
Understanding of the sports industry with an interest in sports is preferred but not necessary.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
Proven track record in managing and optimising paid media budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
Experience using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and marketing automation tools.
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, digital marketing tools, and communication channels like WhatsApp.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities and a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders.
