We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Media Buyer to join our real estate marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute media buying strategies to support property launches, lead generation, and brand awareness.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms including Facebook/Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and local real estate advertising networks.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and competitive media placements.
Monitor daily performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust campaigns to improve CPL, CTR, CPM, and overall ROI.
Collaborate closely with the marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
Manage advertising budgets, negotiate placements, and ensure efficient spend allocation.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
Stay updated on new media trends, platform updates, and real estate marketing best practices.
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or media partners when required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience as a media buyer, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other paid media tools.
Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms), and tracking methodologies.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Computer science & Business Administration graduates are preferred
Preferred Skills
Experience with lead-generation funnels in the real estate sector.
Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and retargeting strategies.
Familiarity with CRM systems used in real estate (e.g. Property Finder tools).
Creative mindset with the ability to assess ad creatives and landing pages.
