Position Purpose The purpose of this role is to support Axios in the implementation of its Digital Marketing and Communication strategy. You should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications. The jobholder is required to help with daily tasks, according to project deadlines, with clear attention to details and strict quality expectations. Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and can develop engaging content. You should be a ‘people person' with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community. Duties and Responsibilities
Implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
Create, manage, and maintain technical marketing elements on social media platforms and corporate website
Monitor and report on traffic, events, conversion, trends, and campaign outcomes, and suggest future approaches based on empirical data (Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, etc.)
Suggest innovative and/or additional media channels to convey Axios messaging
Provide engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts
Create and/or peer-review content according to current deliverables
Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
Support on other communications initiatives
Work closely with the rest of the Communications team to ensure brand consistency
Liaise with Operations and Digital departments to stay updated on new products and features
Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
Stay up to date with digital marketing technology trends
What you will not do Create decks and presentations. Axios is heavily focused on teamwork and collaboration, and in case of immediate emergencies, we are “all hands-on deck” to support our team members, the role is entirely focused on digital marketing activities. You will also not be involved in IT or digital development activities. Relationships
Work as a unit with the other members of the Communications team (3 members)
Collaborate closely with Senior Directors of the Business as well as Director of Digital
Maintain ongoing and frequent communication with all above stakeholders
