The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, SEO, paid advertising, and content marketing. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
SEO & SEM:
Optimize website content for search engines, perform keyword research, and improve on-page and off-page SEO. Manage paid search campaigns (PPC).
Social Media Marketing:
Develop and implement social media strategies to grow followers, engage audiences, and increase brand visibility.
Email Marketing:
Design, write, and send email newsletters and promotional campaigns, with a focus on driving open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Content Strategy:
Create compelling and high-quality content for blogs, landing pages, and social media platforms to engage and inform target audiences.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports on ROI and KPIs.
Collaboration:
Work closely with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure campaign success and optimize the customer journey.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.
Conversion Optimization:
Implement A/B testing and use data to improve website user experience and increase conversions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with at least [X] years of hands-on experience.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media platforms, and email marketing.
Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
Experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
Graphic design or video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Caneva, etc.).
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email marketing and landing page optimization.
