multi-skilled digital marketing professional

to lead and manage our online presence across web, social media, and digital advertising platforms.

Job Summary:

This role is perfect for a

creative all-rounder

who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining our website, managing social media platforms, creating visual and video content, and executing digital marketing campaigns to grow our visibility and connect with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Plan and post daily content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Build and engage an online wellness community.

Website Design & Maintenance:

Update and manage our website (WordPress/Wix); ensure responsiveness, user-friendly design, and SEO optimization.

Content Creation:

Develop blogs, infographics, patient stories, and wellness tips that align with our brand and patient interests.

Videography:

Shoot and edit promotional videos, interviews, reels, and behind-the-scenes content.

Digital Campaigns:

Run paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads. Manage email marketing newsletters (e.g., via Mailchimp).

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor performance metrics for all platforms and optimize strategies based on data.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all digital content reflects Lotus's holistic brand voice and values.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a digital marketing or creative role (2+ years preferred) Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and performance analytics Strong content writing and storytelling skills Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks

Preferred:

Experience in the health, wellness, or medical industry Photography skills Familiarity with Paid Ads.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
