We seek a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to develop and execute social media strategies, campaigns, and content plans driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Create engaging content (posts, stories, videos, reels) aligned with brand voice
- Manage social media calendars and scheduling tools
2. Campaign Development & Execution
- Design and launch paid social media campaigns (ads, sponsored content)
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors
- Optimize campaigns for ROI and conversions
3. Content Creation & Curation
- Develop content calendars and plans
- Create high-quality visual content (graphics, videos, photography)
- Curate relevant industry content for social media sharing
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor social media metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions)
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Report findings to Head of Marketing
5. Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Content, Creative, Sales)
- Develop social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or related role
- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and content creation
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and paid advertising
- Excellent writing, design, and communication skills
