Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative

Digital Marketing Executive

who can manage our social media platforms and run effective ad campaigns on

Meta (Facebook + Instagram)

and

Google Ads

.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in content creation, campaign management, performance optimization, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Develop monthly social media calendars and campaign ideas. Manage engagement -- reply to DMs, comments, and increase brand interaction. Track growth metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports. Coordinate with the design and content teams for creatives and videos.

2. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns for awareness, traffic, and lead generation. Define audience targeting, placements, and A/B testing strategies. Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS and reduce CPL. Analyze campaign insights and recommend improvement strategies.

3. Google Ads

Plan and execute campaigns on Search, Display, and YouTube. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis. Optimize bids, ad copies, and landing pages to improve conversions. Track and report key metrics: CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.

Requirements

Minimum

1-3 years

of experience in social media management and paid ads. Proven track record of running

Meta Ads & Google Ads

. Good understanding of marketing funnels, retargeting, and pixel setup. Strong copywriting, analytical, and reporting skills. Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools is a plus. Self-motivated, creative, and performance-driven.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in

Meta Blueprint

or

Google Ads

(bonus point). Experience managing multiple brands or clients at once. Familiarity with UAE market and local audience behavior.

Salary:

AED 3,000 - 6,000/month

(based on experience and performance) Opportunity to grow into
