Source Properties is a fast-growing real estate brokerage based in Dubai, committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative marketing solutions. We are expanding our team and looking for a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join us.
Job Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.)
Handle social media content creation, posting, and engagement
Create engaging marketing materials, property descriptions, and promotional content
Manage CRM, portals, and maintain listings on Property Finder, Bayut, and other platforms
Coordinate with the sales team to generate quality leads and track campaign performance
Optimize SEO and enhance online presence for the company website and listings
Analyze data and prepare performance reports
Assist in branding, graphic design, and video editing when needed
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of Digital Marketing experience (real estate experience is a strong advantage)
Strong knowledge of social media ads, Google Ads, and lead generation techniques
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
Experience with CRM tools, property portals, and basic graphic design
Creative mindset with the ability to work independently
Knowledge of SEO and website content optimization
Must be currently in Dubai
