Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable
Digital Marketing Executive
with 4-5 years of experience to support our day-to-day digital operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organised, and confident in executing digital tasks across website management, email campaigns, product reviews, and performance reporting. This person should have a strong understanding of e-commerce, customer journeys, and digital campaign execution, excluding social media management.
1. Website & Content Management
Update website banners, product pages, and landing pages via a content management system (CMS).
Coordinate with design and development teams for scheduled changes and seasonal campaigns.
Ensure all content is accurate, aligned with promotions, and user-focused, following CRO best practices.
2. E-commerce & Product Launch Support
Support product launches with accurate listing setup (imagery, descriptions, SEO tags, metadata).
Work with internal teams to plan and execute product rollouts and seasonal activations.
Ensure smooth implementation of collections, bundles, and promotional features online.
3. Email Marketing
Plan, build, and analyse high-performing email campaigns.
Manage segmentation, triggers, flows, and A/B testing for audience groups (e.g. subscribers, shoppers, repeat customers).
Track and report on performance metrics and optimise accordingly.
4. SEO Support
Apply basic on-page SEO practices (meta titles, descriptions, internal links).
Collaborate with the web developer to improve site speed, structure, and technical SEO.
Monitor keyword performance monthly and suggest improvements to increase visibility.
5. Plan & Manage Online Reviews Campaigns
Develop and manage product review collection campaigns (e.g., via Judge.me or Trustpilot).
Optimise post-purchase flows to increase review volume and quality.
Curate and showcase reviews across the website and marketing touchpoints.
6. Digital Reporting & Insights
Monitor and report on website performance, email engagement, and reviews.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, and dashboards to track KPIs.
Provide data-driven insights to support campaign optimisation.
7. Operational & Cross-Functional Support
Maintain marketing calendars and support digital campaign planning.
Coordinate digital assets and content for launches and promotional flows.
Assist with affiliate, referral, and loyalty programme execution when needed.
Skills & Experience Required:
4-5 years of proven digital marketing experience, ideally in a retail or e-commerce environment.
Proficient in Shopify, Google Analytics (GA4), email platforms (e.g. Brevo), and CMS tools.
Solid understanding of SEO, CRO, email segmentation, and content optimisation.
Experience in analysing marketing funnels and making improvement recommendations.
Strong project coordination skills with a proactive, creative, and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent written English with an eye for detail and audience-appropriate messaging.
Confident working independently and making data-informed decisions.
Nice to Have:
Basic working knowledge of HTML or Shopify theme customisation.
Experience with both B2C and B2B marketing workflows.
