The Role
Looking for a Male/ Female Digital Marketing Executive with a background in the UAE with the following roles and responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead Generation \xe2\x80\x93 Facebook/ Instagram/ Google, landing page knowledge \xe2\x80\xa2 Real estate background will be an advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Full knowledge of Digital publications marketing, online offline, radio and TV \xe2\x80\xa2 Selecting and using appropriate marketing channels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing and implementing a marketing & branding mix. \xe2\x80\xa2 Researching audiences, target population(s) and markets to identify market potentials. \xe2\x80\xa2 Leading & managing Events, copywriter, graphic designer and web developer. \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing and implementing a general PR plan for the company and coordinate press releases and other \xe2\x80\xa2 PR items & communications for the Media \xe2\x80\xa2 Designing and approving all Approving all media collaterals \xe2\x80\xa2 Choosing, buying and placing advertisements and advertisement spaces in lieu of the company requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring media appearance & advertisements as and when required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establishing & managing relationships with media channels, planning & placing communication through said media channels \xe2\x80\xa2 Advising management on best course of action regarding marketing, media, PR, branding and advertisement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze and track performance marketing performance metrics \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with internal and external clients and partners \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage marketing budget.

Requirements
The position holder should have \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of MS office \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of allocated countries, regions and target markets \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of Marketing tools & strategies \xe2\x80\xa2 2-3years of experience in Digital Marketing \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in leading teams \xe2\x80\xa2 Have run multiple social media campaigns. Preferred Skills & Qualifications The position holder should have \xe2\x80\xa2 Communication skills (written & spoken) in English \xe2\x80\xa2 Time management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Prioritization skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow-up skills \xe2\x80\xa2 High degree of organization \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge & connections with media channels / agency in UAE Job Type: Full-time Education: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing.
