Accor Dubai is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to drive content optimization, online visibility, and channel performance for hotel and hospitality services. Core Duties

• Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in executing online strategies tailored to key target markets
• Update and maintain hotel content across direct and indirect booking channels
• Develop and publish original, engaging, high-quality content for digital and social platforms
• Analyze competitor activity regularly and ensure competitive positioning in content and campaigns
• Manage social media presence, posts, engagement, and community interaction
• Optimize SEO, paid social, metasearch, and display ad efforts to boost traffic and conversion
• Support execution of targeted email marketing campaigns across hotel services
• Monitor rate parity with OTAs and ensure alignment with revenue strategy
• Track website performance and deliver actionable monthly and quarterly reports
• Generate creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and guest engagement

Candidate Requirements

• Certificate or diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Prior hotel or hospitality marketing experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email platforms
• Strong knowledge of social media management and content trends
• Familiarity with video/photo editing and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Excellent written and verbal English; other languages are a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
• High integrity, confidentiality, and sense of urgency
