Job Responsibilities:

- Create blogs on relevant content for social media and websites.

- Regular and weekly reporting on business generated due to marketing activities.

- Regular updating of reports on the number of social media engagements.

- Create a marketing calendar and update the calendar well in advance for national and international events and religious festivals.

- Social media posts are to be made 1 week in advance for all such events and festivals and to be kept ready with approvals to post on or before the day of the event.

- Confidentially maintaining the database of email campaigns.

- Actively be involved in technical catalog redesigning along with the design team.

- New design and development of product catalogs and flyers.

- To liaise with third-party agencies for the printing of catalogs and other marketing collaterals with prior approval.

- Constantly update the website with projects and products as per the development.

- Constantly update the email signatures of employees within the organization.

- Liaise with the IT Dept to ensure the smooth working of all websites, databases, etc.

- Ensure to get approval and a proper backup done before doing any changes to any set databases.

- Support the marketing team with consultants\' calls, mailers, and meetings.

- Keep an updated record of all print media and ensure sufficient quantity is kept in stock as required.

- Maintaining records of all approved documents from management in the form of electronic media or hard files for future review.

- Daily report on work done, Weekly report on activities with results, and monthly report on achievements to be submitted via emails.

- Analytics of social media handlers to be submitted with our stage before and later.

- Maintaining a healthy working relationship at all levels of the company and goodwill, and respect at the corporate level.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 2 - 3 years of Digital Marketing experience.

- Female candidates preferred.

- Knowledge of Graphic and web design is an added advantage.
