Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to support brand and business goals
Develop and manage Company website.
Develop and manage monthly newsletters.
Manage and optimize campaigns across channels such as social media, email, search, and display
Create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and ads
Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards
Coordinate with designers and content teams to produce high quality marketing assets
Manage social media calendars and community engagement
Support lead-generation activities through landing pages, forms, and automation workflows
Stay updated on digital trends and competitor activities
Prepare performance reports and present insights to management
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social, email, display)
Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
Experience with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Content creation and copywriting skills
Basic design familiarity (Canva, Adobe tools preferred)
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Project management and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication skills
