About the Company

Hashtag Technologies FZCO is a Dubai-based technology and digital consulting firm specializing in data-driven marketing, SEO, and automation. We partner with leading brands in healthcare, luxury, and services to deliver measurable business results using AI-powered digital growth strategies. We are hiring two Digital Marketing Executives -- one Arabic Male and one ind Female -- to lead campaigns that directly contribute to 20% real sales conversion growth for our clients.

Primary Objective

To achieve a minimum 20% increase in real sales conversion through integrated digital marketing initiatives -- combining social media, SEO, AI-based targeting, paid and free posting strategies, and analytics

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute result-driven digital campaigns for: o Multi-specialty polyclinic in Karama: patient acquisition and appointment bookings. o Luxury car dealership: lead generation and showroom conversions. o Luxury watch business: influencer partnerships and e-commerce sales. o Visa & travel services: online inquiries and walk-ins.- Manage organic and paid social campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.- Utilize SEO, Google My Business, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and AI-based tools for precise targeting.- Analyze traffic, conversions, and ROI weekly; implement data-driven optimization.- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with conversion analytics.- Create content calendars, Reels, and visuals tailored for engagement.- Improve Cost per Lead (CPL) and Cost per Acquisition (CPA).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- 20% increase in total conversions and sales.- 10% monthly growth in qualified leads.- 15% reduction in CPL and CPA.- Minimum 2 viral campaigns per quarter.- SEO ranking improvement for all brand keywords.- Transparent reporting on reach, engagement, and ROI.

Role-Specific Expectations

Arabic Male Executive:- Fluent in Arabic and English.- Deep understanding of GCC audience and Arabic ad creatives.- Manage Arabic content and localized campaigns.

Ind1anFemale Executive:- Fluent in English and Hindi.- Strong storytelling and content design ability.- Manage influencer collaborations and short-form video campaigns

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or Communication.- 2-4 years of digital marketing experience in Dubai or GCC.- Skilled in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMRush), and AI-based tools.- Experience with Canva, ChatGPT, or AI automation for content.- Proven results in sales-focused campaigns.
