Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Digital Marketing Executive

with a strong background in

Real Estate marketing

, specializing in

Google Ads lead generation

. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to generate

high-quality property leads

.

Responsibilities:



Plan, create, and manage

Google Ads campaigns

(Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) Generate

buyer, seller, and tenant leads

for real estate projects Keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing & bid optimization Landing page coordination to improve

conversion rate

Track and analyze campaign performance using

Google Analytics & Ads Manager

Manage and optimize

lead cost (CPL)

and ROI Create remarketing & audience-based campaigns Prepare

weekly & monthly performance reports

Coordinate with sales team for lead quality feedback

Proven experience in Real Estate Digital Marketing

Strong expertise in Google Ads (mandatory)

Experience in lead generation campaigns in

Dubai real estate market

Knowledge of keywords like: off-plan, ready property, villas, apartments, etc. Understanding of buyer journey & real estate funnels Ability to handle

high-budget ad campaigns


Experience:



2-5 years (Real Estate experience preferred)
