Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage
paid ad campaigns
across social platforms (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
Develop strategies to
generate high-quality leads
and optimize conversion funnels.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize ads for
maximum ROI
.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and ad copies.
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce
scroll-stopping ad creatives
.
Research audience insights and competitor campaigns to improve targeting.
Stay updated with industry trends, platform policies, and ad innovations.
Prepare
weekly and monthly reports
on campaign performance and lead generation outcomes.
Ensure compliance with advertising regulations, especially for fintech/crypto/iGaming sectors.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in
Social Media Paid Ads / Performance Marketing
.
Proven track record in
lead generation campaigns
.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads (LinkedIn Ads is a plus).
Experience in
Fintech, iGaming, Forex, or Crypto
preferred.
Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics tools.
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
