Digital Marketer
with deep real estate marketing experience in the UAE to drive lead generation, listings, and digital growth across both domains.
Key Responsibilities (Real Estate Marketing)
Manage online listings on portals such as
Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle
, and others.
Ensure listings are optimized with accurate descriptions, high-quality media, and updated regularly.
Collaborate with agents to create compelling property marketing campaigns.
Understand and apply
RERA
and
Dubai Land Department (DLD)
marketing regulations in all digital content and advertising.
Track portal performance (e.g., impressions, leads) and optimize accordingly.
Digital Strategy & Campaigns
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns via
Google Ads
,
Meta Ads
, and
LinkedIn Ads
for both real estate and training verticals.
Build sales funnels and nurture workflows for buyer leads, renters, investors, and training program attendees.
Manage paid and organic traffic strategies across all digital platforms.
Social Media & Content Management
Create and manage content calendars focused on real estate trends, listings, training events, and market updates.
Run social media campaigns (organic and paid) to boost engagement, drive inquiries, and build brand presence.
Coordinate with designers and videographers to produce engaging reels, walkthroughs, testimonials, and ad creatives.
Website, SEO, and CRM
Oversee website updates including blogs, landing pages, and lead capture forms.
Implement on-page/off-page SEO best practices for property listings and educational content.
Maintain CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) and set up automated campaigns and lead segmentation.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Use tools like
Google Analytics
,
Meta Business Suite
,
Hotjar
, and
portal analytics dashboards
to monitor and report performance.
Conduct A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to maximize ROI.
Generate weekly/monthly reports for management on leads, conversions, and marketing spend.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-6 years
of proven digital marketing experience in
real estate
(UAE experience preferred).
Strong working knowledge of
Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle
, and other listing portals.
Familiarity with
RERA
and
Dubai Land Department (DLD)
guidelines and compliance for digital content and advertising.
Proficiency in
Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads
, and
LinkedIn Campaign Manager
.
Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, retargeting, and funnel-based marketing.
Hands-on experience with
CRM systems

email marketing platforms
, and basic
graphic design tools
(e.g., Canva, Adobe).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)
Experience in promoting training/webinars, real estate certification programs, or real estate investment courses.
Knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro) for quick property walkthroughs.
