Job Description
- Navigate property portals (My CRM, Property Finder, Bayut, Broker Pad, Dubizzle).
- Web and Graphic Designing skills.
- Good in Photoshoots and Videography.
- Developing and implementing Marketing Plans.
- Conducting Market research to establish customer trends and habits.
- Promoting brand awareness through marketing efforts & create daily content for social media platforms.
- Support sales team with marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including optimization, advertising, social media, and property portals.
Job Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing & web designing.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing & web designing within the real estate industry.
- Male candidates are required for this role.
- Have experience with software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, etc.
- Have dealt with social media platforms and Google Ads Campaigns.
- Providing reports on all paid campaigns.
