Digital Marketing cum Office Staff
. The ideal candidate will support online marketing campaigns while also handling general sales and office-related tasks. This is a dual-role position suitable for someone organized, tech-savvy, and capable of multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing Duties:
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).
Manage and update company website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create, edit, and publish engaging content (posts, ads, blogs, banners, reels).
Monitor and report on digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite.
Assist with online lead generation and conversion strategies.
Coordinate with designers or agencies for digital materials.
Respond to inquiries from online platforms and maintain engagement with followers/customers.
Office Administration Duties:
Handle routine clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
Answer phone calls and emails and direct inquiries to appropriate departments.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and manage procurement.
Assist with documentation, printing, scanning, and correspondence.
Support the team with scheduling, coordination, and daily administrative tasks.
Maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
