Immaculate Training Services, one of the leading Training Institutes in Dubai is looking for a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing cum Tele-Sales Executive

:

The candidate will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting the organization's Training Programs. The candidate will focus on enhancing brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire leads/customers through digital marketing and Tele-sales channels.

Job Role & Responsibilities:



Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising. Create Concepts, Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence. Following up with potential leads and converting them into sales by providing them with the necessary information, addressing their queries, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness and generate leads for our training courses. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and promote the institute's training programs. Conduct Website Audit and manage contents with relevant updates on regular basis with relevant Meta Tags/Description/Linking. Measures performance and effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against budgets and set KPIs and report the same. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience. Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels. Assist with other marketing and sales initiatives as needed

Requirements:



Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or sales coordination, preferably in the training or education sector. Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate the audience. Expertise in Domain Handling. Strong communication skills in English - written/verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for marketing and sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience:



Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.) Working knowledge of ad serving tools Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Wordpress, and JavaScript development and constraints
