Role Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a high-performing team, creating and implementing strategic sales plans, and playing a key role in the growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of property sales consultants
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets
Provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback to the sales team
Identify new opportunities for business growth
Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Stay updated on market trends and project developments
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or management (Dubai market preferred)
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Proven track record in sales performance and team supervision
