What You'll Do

• Manage and schedule content publishing across social media and digital platforms.
• Monitor brand mentions, tags, and conversations on Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Analyze public sentiment, identify potential issues, and flag negative trends impacting brand reputation.
• Coordinate with PR, legal, content, and customer service teams for timely and strategic responses.
• Develop and implement crisis communication strategies and ORM protocols.
• Maintain a real-time alert system for online crises or misinformation.
• Identify and report fake accounts, misinformation, or inappropriate brand-related content.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sentiment and performance reports with actionable insights.
• Execute SEO strategies to enhance search rankings, visibility, and organic traffic.
• Support initiatives to proactively strengthen brand perception and online trust.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and online reputation management.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and SEO best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for drafting professional and brand-appropriate responses.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage brand communications during online crises.
