Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketer at 4Direction Properties located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks related to social media marketing, online marketing, website designing, web analytics, site visits (as and when required), and developing marketing strategies for the business plans. The role involves creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and increase website traffic. Responsibilities:
  • Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by working on areas such as advertising, lead generation and content development.
  • Should have background and expert knowledge of photography and videography.
  • Creating pleasing photos, videos and leads for our property business.
  • Assist with all internal and external marketing campaigns, producing content for projects and initiatives to enhance lead generation.
  • Analyse existing marketing collateral with a critical eye and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV, etc.)
  • Should go on locations to do the photoshoot for properties.
  • Responsible for all lead generation activities.
  • Analyzing ad performance and adjusting strategies to improve ROI.
  • Creating and managing social media profiles for the organization.
  • Planning & running ads with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google /YouTube, TikTok, Amazon & LinkedIn.
  • Creating and optimizing content for digital channels, including websites, blogs, and social media.
  • Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay properties messages to customers.
  • Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management.
  • Developing and executing email marketing campaigns.
  • Optimizing website content for search engines.
  • Conducting keyword research and implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and analyze website and campaign performance.
  • Generating reports and providing insights to improve marketing strategies.
  • Analyzing user behavior to improve website conversion rates.
  • Working collaboratively with other teams (e.g., sales, design, development) to integrate marketing efforts.
  • \xef\xbb\xbfDeveloping and implementing digital marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UAE (Compulsory with a real estate or property development company)
  • Ideally will have a UAE driver\'s license and car.
  • Expert in English spoken, written and communication.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
  • Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
  • Experience in Web Analytics and Online Marketing
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising
  • Experience in animation design and creation.
  • Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields
  • Website designing & launch.
  • Should have graphic designing and video editing experience, knowledge, and skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Experience:
