A one-of-a-kind entertainment destination, rich in history where the past is relived in the luxury of today. Guest experience is a true British heritage and history with a visit to one of the world's most celebrated ocean liners, now permanently docked in the new marina at Dubai's Port Rashid in the UAE. We are seeking a results-driven and technically proficient Digital Manager to lead the execution and optimisation of our digital marketing strategy. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and General Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, driving qualified traffic to qe2.com, and improving conversion across all digital touchpoints. Key Responsibilities
Implement digital marketing campaigns in line with the overall marketing strategy to maximise brand exposure, generate leads, and convert traffic into bookings.
Post and manage all day to day organic content across the hotel's social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand tone, campaign objectives, and audience engagement goals.
Update and upload all hotel content, offers, images, and descriptions on the QE2 Accor website as well as all connected OTAs - both directly and via the channel manager - ensuring consistency and accuracy across all platforms.
Manage and optimise performance-based digital advertising across all platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Sojern, Koddi, Expedia Travel Ads, and retargeting platforms, ensuring correct booking URLs and CTAs are used.
Lead and manage metasearch marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Hotel Ads, Tripadvisor, Trivago, and Kayak, in coordination with partners such as Koddi or other integrators.
Manage BNAs (Booking Network Ads) through Booking.com's advertising platform to maximise visibility and conversions through their network.
Track and analyse user behaviour using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), ensuring accurate UTM parameters are applied across all campaigns and platforms to measure source effectiveness.
Create, schedule, and deploy email newsletters using Mailchimp, segmenting audiences based on region, interest, and behaviour. Maintain quality of the database through regular cleaning and updates.
Integrate and synchronise data from various sources including PMS, TARS, ServeMe, and qe2.com into Mailchimp or other CRM systems, ensuring GDPR compliance and usability for targeted campaigns.
Collaborate with Revenue, Sales, and F&B teams to execute and promote offers with proper digital tracking mechanisms in place to measure conversion by channel and offer.
Update and maintain all content across the English and Arabic versions of the QE2 website, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and relevance of offers, menus, and promotions.
Monitor key performance indicators including website traffic, conversion rate, cost-per-acquisition, and ROAS, providing monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Work closely with digital and design agencies, web developers, and marketing vendors to manage ongoing website content updates, SEO, creative design, and campaign rollouts.
Stay updated with changes in search engine algorithms, social media policies, digital ad regulations, and industry innovations to ensure best practices and compliance.
Assist in optimising the booking funnel on qe2.com and TARS by identifying drop-off points and testing improvements (e.g., UX, CTA placement, form flow, offer landing pages).
Lead digital projects including website enhancements, campaign landing pages, and digital promotions from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with the brand tone and commercial goals.
Ensure proper tracking, attribution, and tagging of all digital assets, promotions, and media campaigns to facilitate accurate reporting and informed decision-making.
Qualifications Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or e-commerce sectors.
Proven hands-on experience in metasearch marketing (Google Hotel Ads, Trivago, Tripadvisor), including integration with platforms like Koddi.
Strong command of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, UTM tagging, and data attribution modelling.
