Quick Plus Group is seeking an experienced

Digital Growth Specialist

to lead our

SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative AI Optimization)

strategies across all company websites. This role requires strong expertise in traditional SEO as well as adaptability to emerging AI-powered search platforms (Google SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and voice assistants).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute SEO + AEO + GEO strategies to improve visibility and lead generation. Optimize content for traditional search engines and AI-driven platforms. Implement structured data and schema markup (FAQ, HowTo, LocalBusiness, Reviews). Create FAQ-driven, AI-friendly content (guides, comparisons, short answers). Enhance local SEO for UAE typing centres and Amer services (Google Maps, voice search). Audit backlinks, remove toxic links, and build high-quality local/regional backlinks. Monitor and analyze performance using SEMrush, GA4, GSC, and AI analytics tools. Stay up to date on Google SGE and AI search algorithms. Collaborate with content, marketing, and design teams on unified growth initiatives.

Requirements:

3-5 years of proven experience in SEO and digital growth. Strong knowledge of AEO and Generative AI optimization (GEO/AIO). Technical SEO expertise, including schema markup. Solid understanding of UAE market and local SEO dynamics. Proficiency in SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, GSC. Ability to create AI-optimized content. Analytical, adaptable, and results-driven mindset. Prior UAE/GCC experience in business setup, immigration, or typing services is a plu
