Overview

Receive, understand, and structure communication requests from different areas of the organization, validating objectives, audiences, channels, and delivery times together with the requesting teams. Create the necessary content for digital communications, ensuring clarity and an appropriate tone, and supporting the design team to complement the communication with visual pieces aligned with the brand and user experience. Define, create, and manage specific audiences based on behavioral criteria, transactions, or customer profiles. Configure automated journeys and shipping logic that guide your customer through different stages of the lifecycle. Document use cases for complex requests involving digital logic, dispatch conditions, or dynamic rules. Write user stories to align functional needs with development or automation teams. Create and execute test cases across different channels to ensure the correct implementation of functionalities and communications, from user experience to business logic. Generate performance reports for campaigns and digital assets to propose adjustments and improvements to optimize results and the customer's digital experience. #

Job Requirements

Academic training: Professional in Digital Communication, Social Communication, Digital Marketing, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Science and/or related fields Experience: Minimum 2 years in roles related to digital marketing, CRM, automation, multi-channel campaigns, experience design, or similar. Intermediate English level Advanced Excel Level
