Roles & Responsibilities:
The Project Manager is a key position in the Product Engineering Business Unit. The Project Manager plays a leadership role in driving the engineering responsibilities on Managerial front.
They key responsibilities include:
- 12+ years of people management experience in various product development organization
- Coordination with client, vendors, offshore / onsite team
- Daily-Weekly-Monthly-Quarterly project reviews with customer & internal management
- Team management (Hiring, PIP, Reviews and conflict, escalation, training needs and overall management)
- Ability to manage geographically spread technical teams
- Hands on experience on process, and people management
- Handling quality process, budget preparation and schedule tracking
- Managing and enabling cross functional interactions
- Road Map development and planning
- Ability to Manage team of 25+ members
- Experience Required:
- People management experience is must
- Strong background in building scalable, high-quality, high-performance products
- PMP/Scrum master/Product owner certification is plus
- Strong logical, analytical & problem-solving skill.
