Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, thorough, and insightful Digital Designer who will be responsible for (i) creating digital assets for a wide range of platforms, including websites and apps, social media, display advertising, and eCommerce, (ii) creating the visual style of brand marketing initiatives, and create the overall design direction for a project, and also direct others who develop artwork or layouts, (iii) contributing to and creating artwork and assets for visual marketing communications based on stakeholders requirements and brand guidelines and (iv) proactively conceptualise, plan and execute new creative initiatives to benefit the brands. Main Responsibilities

• Participate in design discussions and give feedback during planning and strategy meetings.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to take ideas from concept to execution, working with project managers, design teams, and information technologists.
• Quickly translate ideas into sketches, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
• Test assets and optimize based on their performance.
• Iterate new designs based on user feedback.
• Create digital assets (static, video, and HTML) for a range of platforms (social, display advertising, eCommerce, websites, mobile apps, etc.).
• Create website assets from hero design to web animations.
• Create email designs for CRM programs and coordinate the creation of email templates in HTML.
• Design and develop homepages, landing pages, and email concepts.
• Create and execute concepts for digital advertising.
• Research industry trends to present ideas and concepts for timely digital innovation.

Skills & Experience

• College degree is preferred
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Digital Designer
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solid networking and interpersonal skills
• Portfolio of work with video/animations showing the breadth of digital design capabilities
• Working experience with image design tools (after effect, etc)
• A keen eye for visual details, with a good understanding of visual design principles.
• Experience in the design thinking process, agile development, and lean startup methodologies
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment
• Experience working directly with developers to implement designs
• Expertise with standard digital design tools, including Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
• Working knowledge of CSS and HTML
• Demonstrate awareness and understanding of cultural differences
• A team player with a good sense of humour

• Photo and video editing expertise
• Strong knowledge of current digital design best practices and web production techniques
• Experience with user-centered design, rapid prototyping, and user testing
• Experience creating digital assets for a variety of target audiences
• Ability to effectively communicate complex and/or controversial topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audience
• Be a clear and confident communicator to both clients and other team members
• Work accurately under pressure to tight deadlines, always aware of budgets and time spent
• Have strong presentation skills
• Ability to exercise high degree of professionalism
• Demonstrate awareness and understanding of cultural differences
• A team player with a good sense of humour
