The company providing a range of event services, from digital entertainment services to renting out of event equipment, is hiring for a new important position: Digital designer assistant + Office coordinator is: 1) preparing designs drafts for photo frames for events; 2) doing office works like schedule updates, social media posting, reports, photo\\video adjustment. See below the details. Responsibilities: As a design assistant (50% of time) your responsibility will include:
Using existing designs and templates, to adopt photo\\video frames as per event theme\\style (in Canva, CapCut, Photoshop etc) and getting it approved with Clients as per their comments;
To prepare other design materials like catalogue, business cards, short videos for clients and for social media.
To answer on clients\' emails about specific photos to find and other inquiries;
To adjust\ etouch\\apply effects to photos\\videos when required;
As an office coordinator (45% of time) your responsibility will include:
To update\\prepare documents on a periodical basis: expenses list, checklists, driver forms, reports as instructed etc.
To fulfill forms to get permits\\passes with company details for events\\venue.
To keep in order folders, boxes, items in office, with a label;
To post content from events in social media as per schedule (IG, FB, GB);
To purchase small items\\services and to enter expense records in ERP;
Other small tasks related to office \\ purchases in free time;
To enter business details in business listings;
Team\'s schedule update and distribution to colleagues as per new orders
As an event assistant (less than 5% of time), paid separately:
To operate the software on laptop on an event as instructed.
To be polite, energetic and to create a good ambiance around;
To explain to guests\\visitors details about the services and to assist them;
To provide good impression to guests\\visitors to let them to come back;
Requirements:
Sense of style (elegant, tender, lady style) is required more than technical design skills;
Photoshop & Illustrator knowledge is preferable but not mandatory (can be learned in parallel).
1+ years of work experience with simple designs, as specified or with photo frames;
Organized and responsible person, capable to meet work deadlines;
Be accessible in evening time for urgent design change with time compensation in another not busy days;
Good English language to communicate with Clients positively, mostly in written;
Good manners \\ customer service experience are preferable.
