Digital Design Manager
Support the organization in scaling its Agile Transformation efforts by conducting UX design work to enhance our products value add and generate new initiative to better serve our target users (employees, clients, sub-contractors, management, etc.)
Rôle :
Leads the user experience and interface efforts for the digital team, ensuring the delivery of a high quality product for end users.
Conducts user experience research and testing through media such as A/B testing, interviews, Design Thinking workshops, focus groups, etc.
Understands the way Jesa teams, clients and stakeholders work, interact and collaborate to optimize their journeys and interactions through updating/implementing digital services
Makes strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, services and processes
Review and comment mock-ups and wireframes for both mobile and web pages proposed by external software provider (translatable into code)
Ensure Collab/ICP visual chart and user experience consistency across new tools
Creates prototypes that showcase the user flow and interactions, emotional curves, and value add from the different proposed services
Formation :
Bac +4/+5 : Engineering / Business Administration/ Liberal Arts
Exp : +5 years
Compétences : 4 years minimum in software development industry
2 years minimum as a digital product UX designer, demonstrating experience with designing consumer quality products, including mobile/Web apps, experience with planning and conducting user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, design thinking workshops, and proficience in Graphical and visual design, including use of a diverse set of design software
