Position Overview
Digital Delivery Lead at Al-Futtaim Financial Services in Dubai owns end-to-end delivery of digitalisation initiatives across AFF, Hertz, and international markets, ensuring agile execution, on-time delivery, and business continuity while aligning to the Group Digital Transformation roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the AFF and Hertz transformation roadmap across onboarding, CRM, data, collections, and omni-channel journeys
• Establish and run an agile delivery model, manage cross-functional pods, and facilitate agile ceremonies
• Translate business strategy into executable delivery plans aligned with target architecture in collaboration with Solution Architects and GTDP
• Ensure business-as-usual continuity during transformation initiatives
• Manage vendors and partners including Group IT and external providers
• Provide governance, reporting, and progress visibility through dashboards and regular updates
• Develop and mentor delivery teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems
• Certified Agile or Scrum Master or PMP-Agile; SAFe preferred
• Minimum ten years' experience in digital transformation and delivery, with at least five years in financial services
• Proven track record delivering large, multi-system digital programmes
• Experience managing hybrid teams across internal, Group IT, and vendors

Skills Set

• End-to-end agile delivery management with strong release planning and execution
• Experience with long-term transformation across digital architecture, data and AI, and omni-channel modernisation
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure DevOps or JIRA, CI-CD, and release management
• Strong stakeholder communication, vendor governance, and risk management capabilities
