Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and motivated

Digital Content Specialist

to manage and grow the company's online presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling

Instagram and LinkedIn

, creating engaging

content, posts, reels, and videos

, and promoting the company's projects and services in the

civil construction industry

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with company goals. Manage and maintain the company's

Instagram, LinkedIn

, and other digital platforms. Create, edit, and publish

high-quality content

, including photos, videos, and written posts. Plan and schedule regular updates, campaigns, and project highlights. Monitor performance metrics, track engagement, and prepare monthly reports. Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries professionally. Collaborate with the management and project teams to gather on-site content and updates. Stay updated with current trends and apply creative ideas for audience engagement.

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in

social media management and content creation

. Good understanding of

Instagram and LinkedIn marketing

. Basic skills in

video editing, photo editing, and content design

(Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, etc.). Strong communication and creativity skills. Knowledge of

digital marketing trends

is an advantage. Experience in

construction or contracting industry

(preferred but not mandatory). Must be in Dubai, UAE.

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
