About the team:

The Digital customer segment is one of the most important growth engines for SAP - one that has consistently been growing at double digit growth. To capitalize SAP\'s market potential, we formed a new Global Digital organization to focus on scaling our reach and support to customers in cross-segment leveraging digital modalities in revamped Digital Hubs around the world.

The SAP Cloud ERP Digital Business Development team is responsible for setting the global strategy and aligned execution for the Digital Business and Sales Development organizations, designing and driving strategic demand growth programs, ensuring business operational excellence and managing the overall SAP Digital performance and target attainment.

In this role, you will provide Strategic and Project Management support to the Vice President and Global Head of Digital Business Development for Cloud ERP. You will work closely with global and regional leadership to execute strategic project management tasks, support in preparations and follow up activities for relevant meetings and work on analysing and reporting business performance data aligned to our Digital Business Development strategy.

Core tasks include:

• Play a crucial role in supporting business and sales development program execution from the global perspective across all Regions and Market Units
• Support the creation of business cases with capacity modelling and ROI calculations to gain incremental investments for the organization
• Collaborate with cross organizational stakeholders to perform data collection, analysis, and reporting to support strategy formulation, long-range planning, and decision making
• Handle multiple concurrent complex problems and provide highly creative and effective solutions to achieve high business impact
• Lead high-valued projects with executives and senior leadership to help advance organizational strategic business development goals and objectives, such as preparing for key meetings and conducting the necessary follow-up actions
• Support governance of key projects through ongoing oversight of project performance, communicating progress, and risks, taking early action to resolve problems, and timely escalations to global-level stakeholders
• Develop and execute executive communications, engagement, and adoption plans (e.g., business review, financial reports, and key performance management)
