Pure Harvest

is looking for a a detail-oriented and hands-on NetSuite Functional Expert to manage the day-to-day operations of our ERP platform and also provide IT support to internal users. The ideal candidate will support business users across departments, especially in the areas of Advanced Manufacturing and Warehouse Management (WMS), while also addressing basic IT troubleshooting and access needs.

Key Responsibilities:

NetSuite Functional Support

Provide first-level support for NetSuite users across departments (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Operations, Sales, etc.) Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to saved searches, workflows, forms, roles/permissions, and dashboards Support end users in navigating Advanced Manufacturing, WMS, Work Orders, and inventory-related transactions Maintain user access, roles, and permissions in alignment with internal controls Assist in testing and deploying system updates, enhancements, and integrations Collaborate with external NetSuite support vendors for escalation and solution delivery Maintain documentation for key processes, issue logs, and FAQs

L1 IT Support

Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT issues, including account access, password resets, and basic troubleshooting Manage user onboarding/offboarding for platforms like Microsoft 365 and NetSuite Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate with vendors for hardware/software support Escalate unresolved technical issues to relevant internal or external teams as needed

Qualifications & Skills

2-4 years of hands-on experience in a NetSuite functional role Experience working with Advanced Manufacturing, WMS, and Inventory modules Familiarity with NetSuite customization: saved searches, forms, dashboards, workflows Experience providing L1 internal IT support in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with business users

Preferred

NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification or higher Experience in agribusiness, FMCG, or supply chain-driven industries Familiarity with integration platforms like Celigo or Boomi Awareness of IT security best practices--including access control, data protection, and backup procedures--for both on-premises servers and Microsoft 365 environments is highly advantageous
