The Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW) team are keen to bring on board a specialist who will provide support in the management of all of ADSW\xe2\x80\x99s digital platforms, both internal and external, ensuring that they are up to date when it comes to content and is aligned to leading market trends.

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain, expand and manage ADSW digital presence on social media and websites.
• Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute ADSW digital marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the ADSW Programming Team to develop and amplify ADSW Live and Web Series.
• Lead the social media assets creations (video and multimedia assets).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that all updates related to ADSW and activities are reflected on all relevant websites, both internal and external.
• Support with the maintenance of ADSW\xe2\x80\x99s website and social media platforms, Masdar\xe2\x80\x99s intranet (The Source) and ADSW digital newsletters, in addition to any new website/digital platform that ADSW launches in the future.
• Support with the planning and execution of web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media influencers matrix, email, and display advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate, as and when required, with the communications team to execute all paid social media campaigns as per the agreed-upon content calendar.
• Monitor the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against set goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Carry out analysis using appropriate analytical web tools and assist with the implementation of changes to help ensure that ADSW\xe2\x80\x99s digital platforms achieve maximum impact and reach.
• Provide management information as and when required by the line manager \xe2\x80\x93 this includes the production and timely provision of accurate reports in line with reporting schedules.

Skills

Preferred Qualification.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in IT, digital media, computer science, marketing or a related field.

Preferred Experience.

• At least 4 years of experience in the field of digital marketing or related field gaining exposure to the latest digital marketing trends and systems gaining knowledge in web management, design and development, content management, SEO & SEM and knowledge in social media management or an equivalent experience
