Digital and Integrated Marketing is a key area of focus within Gulf Marketing and aligned with the strategic priorities of the EMEA Regional Marketing function. This role is responsible for management of our digital marketing tools (ie: website, CRM, Sales Force Marketing Cloud, digital servicing platforms, Social Media), the development and implementation of the MetLife Gulf digital marketing strategy, and digital enablers planning and support to achieve sales and growth expectations.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for building and executing integrated, digital marketing programs that effectively drive lead generation and nurture through B2B, B2B2C and D2C channels.
Lead in providing digital integrated marketing services to support local campaign planning, content creation, execution and optimization.
Responsible for integrating both offline and online channels, with a heavy emphasis on digital.
Responsible for our marketing automation strategy and execution.
Ensure creative and strategic alignment in our marketing efforts to advance the MetLife brand strategy in Gulf.
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business or Digital Marketing.
Minimum 5 years experience in social media management, digital marketing, performance marketing & e-commerce website management
5+ years digital marketing experience, with demonstrable experience and in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, media buying and website analytics.
Experience and knowledge of leading and managing digital media, social media campaigns, SEO/SEM,PPC, email and/or display advertising campaigns and driving tangible business results.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and acquire leads.
Expert in measuring and reporting on campaign activity, able to scale campaigns, measure ROI, and track Community engagement.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online advertising and performance measurement.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English; Arabic will be considered a plus
Competency in managing marketing budgets - across multiple channels and campaigns.
Preferred:
Knowledge and experience of the insurance industry is preferred.
Ability to think strategically and tactically, interpreting and acting on trends in performance data.
Strong oral and written communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
