Atkins is growing the Digital Advisory team in the Middle East, and we are seeking a Digital Advisory Leader to drive growth in our digital services, bringing together our existing digital capabilities in capital projects, infrastructure, and the built environment. We bring together Data Intelligence, Technology Solutions, and Digital Advantage to support organizations\xe2\x80\x99 digital transformations. Through enabling organizations to unlock the value of their data, develop and implement high-quality technologies, and transform their digital enterprise, we provide successful end-to-end delivery across our client\xe2\x80\x99s asset lifecycles.

The Digital Advisory Leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital practice strategy that aligns with our business goals and meets the requirements of our markets and clients.

Our client requirements are very diverse and range from developing digital transformation strategies and roadmaps for enterprise digital transformation for project delivery organizations, powering our clients\xe2\x80\x99 program delivery organisations through data intelligence, technology solutions such as defining Smart City technologies and/or Digital Twins that will transform the future cities, clients\xe2\x80\x99 assets, operations, and enterprises, to outlining the operating models, policies and processes for our clients to enable them to develop scalable, adaptable and future proof solutions.

The Digital Advisory Lead will be driving the growth of Atkins Digital Advisory services across the Middle East.

Extensive experience across a range of consulting areas including strategy, business case development, program management, data architecture, analytics and integration, governance, solution development, procurement strategy for procuring ITS suppliers, support supplier evaluation, implementation of digital strategy, communication strategy, and change management.

You will have access to our global digital practices, expertise, and technologists to make a real-world difference to our clients.

The key responsibilities for the role include:

Build, Lead, and Grow the Middle East Digital Advisory service line, with accountability and full management of Digital Advisory services.

Drives business development of digital strategy and transformation projects from opportunity identification through to proposal conversion.

Drives revenue and pipeline for the key geographies in the Middle East;

Collaborate with clients and within Atkins to align business and technology priorities, develop knowledge and share through pro-active involvement in global practices, and lead the creation of well-articulated thought leadership that outline innovative insights, knowledge, and guidance on market-relevant technology strategy domains

Interaction with senior management internally and externally to steer recommendations and obtain buy-in on areas that may require new and novel approaches

Lead and manage targeted strategic digital transformation programs \xe2\x80\x93 leading the entire process from developing strategy, prioritizing and organizing the work, pulling a team together, and managing engagement delivery

Seeking to cement yourself as a subject-matter expert and proactively developing a thought leadership profile in the industry.

Deliver complex, large-scale digital eco-system projects for clients

Owns quality assurance and client relationships for digital strategy or transformation engagements with a focus on client satisfaction and client growth.

Reviewing and continuously improving our capability - methodology, tools, templates, and training.

Required Skills and Expertise:

Experience in Management/Technology Consulting or a relevant position with transferable skills

Degree in a relevant field (e.g. MBA, M.Sc. engineering, technology/IT)

Minimum of 15 years of experience in digital strategy and/or consulting, preferably in the built environment and capital projects sectors, with experience in digital transformation initiatives.

Deep understanding of advanced digital technologies (IoT, AI, Big Data, Digital Twin, VR/AR/MR/XR, Blockchain) and business platforms and processes.

Experience and understanding of core technology strategy offerings \xe2\x80\x93 IT & Digital technology strategy, enterprise architecture, operating model, data & analytics, Digital Twin, Digital Construction and Smart Cities Technologies

Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends, specifically in data analytics, business intelligence, digital construction, digital twin, and digital transformation

Track record in proposition development, team building, and account management

Proven experience leading consulting engagements with strong client management skills through all phases of the engagement lifecycle.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital strategies, including those related to Digital Twin and digital transformation;

Understanding of digital design and development techniques: e.g. UX design / Journey mapping

Understanding of the construction process and/or experience within the built environment

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Certifications (TOGAF, Enterprise Architecture, BCS BPMN)
