Job Description
Via Medica International Healthcare LLC is looking for a Dietitan for an upcoming project for a Long Term Care Facility. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree is required. A master's degree in nutrition is preferred. At least 2-3 years of experience. DOH License/Passer Must have an experience in rehabilitation facility Responsibilities: Conducts nutrition consultations. Keeps detailed patient records. Helps patients set and reach their health goals. Advises patients on healthy nutrition practices. Develops customized meal plans and grocery lists. Meets with patients regularly to track their progress. Uses common practice management software. Handles scheduling and billing when needed. Uploads electronic health records (EHR). Collaborates with a patient's doctors and nurses. Stays up to date on nutrition research. Follows the organization's policies and procedures.
