Full :
- Monitors the quantity and quality of the material input and output for smooth workflow.
- Arrange the job for die cutting according to priority plan.
- In case of continuous jobs, note down the effects to be rectified in his shift.
- Seeking approval from immediate superior for new job set on the machine.
- Prepare necessary reports for the jobs run in the shift.
- Ensures that daily production targets are achieved in relation to the company standards.
- Inform the immediate superior about the preventive maintenance of the machine to keep up machine condition.
- Make sure that machine has been cleaned and ready for the next shift as well as keeping the work station clean and tidy after completion of each work/ job.
- Ensures that tools were properly stored and arranged after use or upon completion of each work.
- Inform the immediate superior about timely updating, modification or replacement of machinery & equipment.
- Performs work specifications instructed by immediate superior.
- Be able to work on shifts and likewise, required to follow scheduled duty timings prescribed by the immediate supervisor, conscientiously.
- Be able to adjust and comprehend with additional tasks given by the immediate superior other than the required work responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years relevant experience.
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
