Die Cutting Machine Operator
to join our production team in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating die cutting machines within the carton or packaging industry.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate die cutting machines according to production requirements.
Install cutting dies, adjust machine settings, and ensure smooth operation.
Monitor output quality and perform necessary adjustments to achieve accuracy.
Carry out routine machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal performance.
Minimize material wastage and ensure efficient production.
Troubleshoot machine or process issues to avoid delays.
Maintain accurate production logs and follow all safety guidelines.
Coordinate with the quality control team to ensure finished products meet company standards.
Requirements
1 to 3 years of proven experience operating die cutting machines.
Strong knowledge of cutting techniques, substrates, and machine adjustments.
Keen eye for detail with a focus on quality and precision.
Ability to work independently and achieve daily production goals.
Physically fit to work long hours on the production floor.
Prior experience in the carton or packaging industry will be an added advantage.
Work Hours:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
