We are looking for an experienced
Die Cutter Operator
to join our printing and packaging production team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience operating die-cutting machines for boxes, packaging materials, and commercial print items.Key Responsibilities:
Operate and set up
die-cutting machines
(manual, semi-auto, or automatic) for various print and packaging jobs. Handle die-cutting forcarton boxes, packaging items, labels, folders, and custom shapes
. Install and adjust dies, plates, creasing rules, and cutting parameters. Inspect output to ensure accurate cutting, clean edges, proper creasing, and correct registration. Troubleshoot issues like misalignment, cutting depth errors, or material feeding problems. Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance. Follow production schedules and ensure all jobs are delivered on time. Maintain daily production logs and coordinate with the production supervisor. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
operating die-cutting machines in aprinting or packaging company
. Knowledge of materials such asduplex board, kraft, corrugated sheets, art paper
, and other substrates. Ability to read job tickets, artwork layouts, and cutting guides. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners preferred.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
