Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Die Cutter Machine Operator to manage and operate die-cutting machines for our packaging production. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate cutting, maintain machine efficiency, and deliver high-quality packaging products while following safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain die-cutting machines for packaging production.
Ensure precise cutting according to die lines and design specifications.
Monitor machine performance and conduct routine maintenance.
Identify and troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with production and design teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience operating die-cutting machines in packaging or printing industries.
Strong understanding of die lines, cutting processes, and machine setup.
Ability to read and interpret production specifications and designs.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Preferred:
Experience in luxury packaging production.
Knowledge of prepress and printing production processes.
