Job Description

We are looking for skilled and reliable Machine Operators to operate and maintain machinery in our diaper manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that machines run efficiently and safely while producing high-quality diapers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor diaper manufacturing machines to ensure smooth production
- Set up machines for production runs, including adjusting settings and calibrating equipment
- Load raw materials into machines and ensure continuous supply during operations
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to minimize downtime
- Monitor output to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
- Troubleshoot machine issues and escalate complex problems to the maintenance team
- Maintain accurate production logs and report any discrepancies or machine malfunctions
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Familiarity with operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial machinery
- Knowledge of diaper manufacturing equipment or similar machinery is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Good understanding of safety procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
