The Role:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicatedDialysis
Nurse
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate professional with specialized experience in dialysis. This role is crucial to our mission of helping patients with kidney conditions lead healthier lives.Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert nursing care to patients during hemodialysis treatments. Monitor and assess patient vitals and response to treatment, ensuring safety and comfort. Operate and maintain dialysis machines and equipment with precision and care. Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate patient records. Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures, post-care, and lifestyle management. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Uphold strict infection control protocols and safety standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent.
Must have valid DHA Eligibility.
Minimum of3 years of professional experience
as a Registered Nurse, preferably with a background in dialysis or nephrology.Proficiency in operating dialysis equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English
is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.We are giving priority to female candidates who are currently in the UAE on a spouse visa or their own visa.
