Job Description
We are hiring a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Nurse to provide specialized care to patients with kidney conditions. The role includes operating dialysis machines, monitoring patient vitals, and ensuring safe, high-quality treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and operate dialysis machines safely Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment Respond to patient reactions or complications during dialysis Maintain accurate medical records and charts Educate patients on kidney health and dialysis care Ensure infection control and equipment hygiene Work closely with nephrologists and the healthcare team
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Valid RN license Minimum 2 years of dialysis experience preferred BLS certification (ACLS is a plus) Excellent patient care and communication skills
